1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, work in a comparable way. They can be needed for a website to work, or used for other purposes such as statistics or advertising.
2. Cookies on this website
The list below shows every cookie this website can set and when. Cookies that need your consent are set only after you agree in the cookie banner.
| Name | Purpose | When it is set | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wordpress_test_cookie | Signing in to the website administration (strictly necessary) | Only for our staff when they sign in | Until the end of the browser session, or up to 14 days if “Remember me” is chosen |
e29_alert | Remembers that you closed an information bar, so it is not shown again (functional) | Only when an information bar is shown and you close it | 180 days |
3. Google Maps
Our Contact Us page can show a Google map. The map is not loaded automatically: nothing is sent to Google until you click “Show map”. When you do, Google receives data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google is responsible for that processing; see Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Analytics and marketing
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies at the moment. If we add them, we will ask for your consent before they are set, and we will update this policy.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings at any time. Most browsers explain how in their help pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking the cookies listed above does not affect how the public pages of this website work.
6. Legal basis
We use strictly necessary and functional cookies in line with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej). Where cookies involve personal data, our Privacy Policy applies.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the cookies used on the website change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
